Take fresh slices of toast bread and trim its crust. Grab a rolling pin and flatten the bread out, nice and thin. Spread softened cream cheese evenly on each slice of bread and top with chopped strawberries and blueberries. Roll up tightly the bread slices.
Crack the eggs in a mixing bowl. Add milk, a pinch of salt, ½ tablespoon of sugar, and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Whisk all together.
Preheat a skillet with two tablespoons of unsalted butter. Dip prepared rolls in egg mixture like you would with French toast. Fry each rolls for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and slightly crisp crust.
