- 2 lb sea bream 6 medium fillets of sea bream
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 medium leek stick
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 large bell pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup white dry wine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
Use salt, ground black pepper, paprika, and some granulated garlic to season the sea bream fillets on both sides
Use a cutting board and a sharp knife to thinly slice all the veggies equally
Heat a pan and add some olive oil. Drop in the crushed garlic cloves so that the oil gets infused
Add the leek and allow it to cook for about one minute. Next, add the carrots and mix. Allow it to cook for another 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Finally, add the bell pepper slices and cook everything for an additional 2-3 minutes. Do not cover the veggies with a lid during cooking
Remove the pan from the stove and allow it to cool for about 10 minutes
Preheat the oven to 360F
Take about one spoon of the sauteed veggies and place them on one end of the fillet. Begin rolling and pin with a toothpick to seal the shape. Repeat with all the remaining fillets and place them into a skillet or baking pan
Drizzle some olive oil on top and pour a little bit of white wine into the pan
Bake the vegetable stuffed sea bream fillet roll-ups in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 360F
Serve the vegetable stuffed sea bream fillet roll-ups alone or next to some rice, quinoa, or buckwheat
