- 2 bananas
- 2 tbsp almond flakes
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or olive oil
- 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Preheat the air fryer to 250º F. Toast one handful of almond flakes for 2-3 minutes. Transfer them from the air fryer to a plate and set aside.
In the meantime, peel the bananas and slice them half lengthwise — grease with a bit of olive or coconut oil on both sides. Arrange carefully into the air fryer basket. Air fry for 5-7 minutes at 400º F or until lightly golden. Transfer to a plate.
Scoop some of your favorite ice cream and place it next to the air-fried bananas. Top with some chocolate syrup and sprinkle the toasted almond flakes all over the composition.
