- 2 bananas
- Whipped cream
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 scoop ice cream
- almond flakes
Take a large cutting board and slice in half lengthwise two bananas.
Take a skillet and place cut slices of bananas down, and pour honey, sugar, and cinnamon.
Fry them on the stove for some 5 to 7 minutes until soft and caramelised.
Take a plater and start layering. Add bananas with the cut sides up and top two scoops of vanilla ice cream. Garnish with whipped cream, fruits, and almond flakes. Optional add blueberries, strawberries, and some chocolate syrup.
Take a spoon and dare to enjoy the moment.
