- 3 medium tomatoes ripe
- 4 medium cherry tomatoes ripe
- 1 medium bell pepper green
- 1/2 medium chili pepper optional
- 1 medium red onion
- 4 leaves spring onion
- 1 tsp oregano
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Peel and wash the onion. Then take care of the bell pepper, wash it as well, and cleanse the interior from the seeds. Set aside for a few minutes.
Wash the tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into equal slices. Cut the cherry tomatoes in two or four. Put in a bowl
Now slice the onion, the bell pepper, the chili pepper, and the spring onion leaves.
Add everything to the bowl with tomatoes
Sprinkle with salt, olive oil, and oregano
Mix and serve
