- 6 eggs
- 1 avocado
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 mustard
- 1 pack cod liver
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- paprika
- dill
Wash the eggs.
Take a big pan and pour water and bring it to boil at high heat.
When the water is boiling, add the eggs and let them boil 6-8 minutes. Remove from the heat and place the eggs under ice-cold water for at least 5 minutes. This method will help you peel the eggs easily.
Cut the eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. In the bowl with the yolks, I separate them to make 2 different fillings.
For the first filling mix cod liver with yolks, a pinch of salt and pepper and some drops of lemon juice.
For the 2nd filling mix half of the remaining yolks with half of an avocado, mayonnaise, and ½ tsp of mustard.
Use a spoon to add the filling mixture back to the hole whites.
Garnish with some dill and paprika powder.
Serve immediately.
