- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 50 g parmesan flakes optional
Thoroughly wash the tomatoes in cold water and cut them into pieces
Peel and slice the onion
Wash the arugula and pat it dry with a kitchen towel or use a spinner
Put the clean arugula, sliced tomatoes and onion in a large bowl
Garnish with a dash of oil, a few drops of balsamic vinegar (if you prefer) and a pinch of salt
Serve the salad immediately
