- 1 burrata cheese
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 1 large bell pepper sliced into 4
- 4 slices bread grilled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 handful parsley chopped
If intend to roast the bell pepper in the oven, preheat the oven to 350F for about 5 minutes. If Intend to use the air fryer, also preheat it for about 2 minutes to the same temperature.
Wash, slice, and remove the seeds of the bell pepper then roast it in the oven (10 min) or in the air fryer (5min)
Use a large plate to assemble the ingredients
Tear burrata and prosciutto into pieces and arrange them on the plate, as well as the roasted bell pepper slices
Chop some fresh parsley and sprinkle on top
Season with fresh ground black pepper, a drizzle of olive oil, and balsamic glaze
Grill some bread slices and serve with the delicious salad
