- 4-6 medium potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 pinch salt
Tahini sauce/dressing
- 1 tbsp tahini paste
- 1/3 lemon juice
- 1 tsp granulated garlic or fresh
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water ice-cold
- 1 handful parsley finely chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Wash well the potatoes, dry with a clean cloth or papaer towels
Line the baking tray with aluminum foil and line over the potatoes
Sprinkle with some olive oil, salt, pepper, and granulated garlic
Insert into the oven for 50 minutes
In the meantime prepare the tahini sauce.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Dilute with water.
Combine potatoes when ready with tahini sauce
