Ingredients

  • 3-4 oz blue cheese mild
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup parsley chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 3-4 tbsp water

Instructions

  • Wash and finely chop the parsley
  • Mix the mayo and the sour cream into a bowl
  • Break the cheese into small pieces with your hands, add to the bowl
  • Add the chopped parsley and mix well
  • Pour in the water and mix
  • Check for salt and pepper
