Blue cheese dressing made at home is creamy, tangy, and very rich in taste and texture. This dressing is something you can't buy even in the most expensive stores. The creamy sauce with its bittersweet taste is perfect for coating salads and for dipping fresh vegetables such as carrots, celery stalks, and cucumbers.
