Ingredients

  • 4-6 medium potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Tahini sauce/dressing

  • 1 tbsp tahini paste
  • 1/3 lemon juice
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic or fresh
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup water ice-cold
  • 1 handful parsley finely chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Wash well the potatoes, dry with a clean cloth or papaer towels
  • Line the baking tray with aluminum foil and line over the potatoes
  • Sprinkle with some olive oil, salt, pepper, and granulated garlic
  • Insert into the oven for 50 minutes
  • In the meantime prepare the tahini sauce.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Dilute with water.
  • Combine potatoes when ready with tahini sauce
  • Enjoy your meal
