Creamy Avocado Dessert Mousse

- 8 low-fat cookies
- 2 avocado
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1.4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1 Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp Stevia
- lime zest
Start making the cookie base: blend cookies, butter, and cinnamon powder until crumbly. Set aside the mixture.
Now blend the avocado layer. Combine two peeled avocados, condensed milk, cream cheese, and vanilla seeds or extract. Blend until smooth and creamy. Blend about 3-5 minutes until the texture looks soft like a mousse.
In a small bowl mix well yoghurt with Stevia. Set aside.
Take your nice-looking glasses and start layering the avocado mousse. Layer first the cookie crust, add the avocado and yoghurt mixture—top some cookie crumbs with lime zest.
Serve as it is or chill it for some hours. Simple enjoy!
