Ingredients

  • 3 medium tomatoes ripe
  • 4 medium cherry tomatoes ripe
  • 1 medium bell pepper green
  • 1/2 medium chili pepper optional
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 4 leaves spring onion
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Peel and wash the onion. Then take care of the bell pepper, wash it as well, and cleanse the interior from the seeds. Set aside for a few minutes.
  • Wash the tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into equal slices. Cut the cherry tomatoes in two or four. Put in a bowl
  • Now slice the onion, the bell pepper, the chili pepper, and the spring onion leaves.
  • Add everything to the bowl with tomatoes
  • Sprinkle with salt, olive oil, and oregano
  • Mix and serve
