  • Bowl
  • Pan

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 mustard
  • 1 pack cod liver
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • paprika
  • dill

  • Wash the eggs.
  • Take a big pan and pour water and bring it to boil at high heat.
  • When the water is boiling, add the eggs and let them boil 6-8 minutes. Remove from the heat and place the eggs under ice-cold water for at least 5 minutes. This method will help you peel the eggs easily.
  • Cut the eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. In the bowl with the yolks, I separate them to make 2 different fillings.
  • For the first filling mix cod liver with yolks, a pinch of salt and pepper and some drops of lemon juice.
  • For the 2nd filling mix half of the remaining yolks with half of an avocado, mayonnaise, and ½ tsp of mustard.
  • Use a spoon to add the filling mixture back to the hole whites.
  • Garnish with some dill and paprika powder.
  • Serve immediately.
