Italian Sausage Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 2 pork sausage
  • 1 chicken sausage
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup gorgonzola
  • 1 cup tomato sauce for pizza
  • 1/2 cup black olives sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees
  • Stretch the dough to the desired shape and diameter (to cover the baking tray)
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and put the pizza dough over
  • Spread the tomato sauce and sprinkle a few olive oil drops over the pizza dough
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella
  • Spread the chunks of sausage all over the surface
  • Add pieces of gorgonzola cheese
  • Add the black olive slices
  • Bake for 7-10 minutes, take out of the oven, and sprinkle some parmesan if desired
  • Serve while still hot
