Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 slice keto bread
  • 2 tbsp gouda (grated) or any cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 boiled eggs hard

Instructions

  • Boil the eggs until hard. Then let them cool and peel them.Copyright (C) https://delicerecipes.com.
  • Cut the avocados in half. Remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
  • Smash the avocado flesh. Then, add 1 tsp olive oil, salt, and pepper to it.
  • Grate 2 boiled eggs and 2 tbsp gouda cheese. 
  • Assemble the sandwich by spreading the avocado mixture over keto bread, then topping it with grated eggs and grated cheese. Serve.
