- 500 g cherry tomatoes colorful
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 handful parsley
- 1 handful basil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Italian Herbs dried thyme, oregan, basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Rinse the tomatoes and slice in half. Place in a large bowl
Peel the garlic and wash the fresh herbs. Chop everything and place in a separate bowl
Pour ¾ olive oil, 2 tbsp of white wine vinegar, 1 tbsp dried herbs, salt, and black pepper over the herbs. Mix well
Pour the freshly made dressing over the cherry tomato halves. Gently mix and let marinate for 4 hours.
Place the marinated tomatoes in glass jars with lid
