- 1/2 turkey Breast
- 5 tbsp butter unsalted
- 1 hadfull fresh herbs parsley, thyme, cilantro, rosemary needles
- 1 head garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
Wash and blend the herbs using a hand blender
Mix softened butter with herbs. Season with salt and ground pepper
Season turkey breast with salt and pepper
Cover the meat with herb butter
Place meat in the instant pot and add the onion and garlic
Add one cup of water if plan to make gravy, if not - skip the water
Seal with the lid and set pressure cook for 20 minutes
Release the steam and open the lid
Roast the meat for additional 10 minutes in the preheated oven or in an air fryer
Serve with gravy or other sauce
