- 400 g fettuccine
- 1 gallon water
- 300 g parmesan
- 200 g heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
Put water to boil in a boiling pan. Add salt to taste
When water is boiling, add the fettuccini. Mix. Let simmer for the time as indicated on the package
Meantime, place a pan to heat on medium-low heat
Add heavy cream and bring to boil
Add Parmesan and mix
Use tongs to take the fettuccine from boiling water and transfer them to the pan with the sauce
Add a bit of pasta water over the fettuccine and let simmer for 30 seconds
Serve with a few sprinkles of parmesan on top
