- 1 canned black beans
- 1 avocado
- 1 pack arugula
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Balsamic glaze
- seasoning
Drain the water from the black beans.
Take a bowl and start to mix all the ingredients. Add the arugula, chopped avocado and cherries, cannned black beans, fried bacon (optional), and season the salad with sesame and olive oil, and some lemon juice.
Decorate the salad with some Balsamic glaze lines and top a slice of lime.
Serve cold immediately.
