- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 7 oz ham sliced
- 7 oz Gouda cheese sliced
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
Preheat oven at 375F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Place one sheet of puff pastry onto the baking tray and spread with mayo-mustard mix
Layer ham slices, followed by the cheese slices
Place the second sheet of puff pastry over the top and lightly press
Use a sharp knife to cut the pastry into equal squares
Brush top of puff pastry with egg wash
Sprinkle sesame seeds
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375F
Allow to rest for 10 minutes out of the oven
Serve with pleasure
