Fresh Asparagus Salad with Radish

- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 cup frozen or fresh peas
- fresh radish
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- basil leaves
for the dressing:
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- parsley
- seasoning
Blanch the asparagus with some boiling water for 1-2 minutes. The same with frozen peas.
Take a big plate and start arranging the veggies.
Cut halves of the asparagus, thinly chop the radish, blanch the frozen peas for 1-2 minutes as well and sprinkle pine nuts.
Top over the dressing and add some basil or mint leaves for more freshness.
