Feta-wrapped puff pastry recipe
Feta cheese wrapped in puff pastry and cooked in just 10 minutes tastes Greek-style on a plate.

- Greek feta cheese
- 1 sheet puff pastry filo sheets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- thyme fresh or dried
- honey

Take one puff pastry and grease it with 1/2 tbsp olive oil. Sprinkle ½ tsp thyme on the puff pastry and place 1 whole Greek feta cheese on the pastry.
Fold the puff pastry so that Greek feta cheese gets covered in it.
Grease the pastry with ½ tbsp olive oil. Season with 1 tsp dried basil and 1 tsp sesame seeds.
Heat a skillet for 2 minutes and add 2 tbsp olive oil. Place the feta-wrapped pastry in the skillet. Cook each side for 2 minutes.
Remove from the skillet and drizzle 1 tbsp honey. Season with oregano and serve.
