- 1 cup almond flour
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp stevia
- pinch of salt
Melt the butter. Transfer it to a mixing bowl and cool a little. Once it is cooled whisk in eggs. Now gradually add almond flour, shredded coconut, sweetener, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix all ingredients well until homogenize.
Preheat your waffle maker, before lightly greasing it with vegetal oil. Spoon enough waffle batter into the waffle maker and bake according to the manufacturer’s directions. Usually, it takes 3-5 minutes. When done, carefully remove waffles with a fork or kitchen tong. Repeat until all the batter has been used.
Serve warm with the favorite topping!
