Ingredients

  • 5 cucumbers
  • 2 avocados
  • spring onion
  • dill
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • lemon juice

Instructions

  • Wash the cucumbers and finely cut rounds.
  • Chop the avocado and add them to cucumbers in a bowl.
  • Chop the spring onions and the dill.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing and mix well all the ingredients.
  • Serve immediately.
