Crispy Fried Rice Bowl

- 0.5 cups rice raw, or 1.5 cups of boiled rice
- 1 cup bell pepper
- 3.5 oz bacon
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
Boil the rice and let it chill
Heat up a skillet and fry the sliced bell pepper for 1 minute then fry the bacon next to it
Crack one egg and fry it next to the rest of the ingredients
Remove everything from the skillet on a plate
Add the oil to the skillet and put the rice, fry the rice for a couple of minutes
Pour the soy sauce, and rice vinegar then mix well
Fry for another minute then turn off the heat
Put the rice in a bowl and top with egg, bacon, and bell pepper
Serve with some sesame seeds on top and chopped chives
