- 1.3 lb mushrooms white and brown
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 1 spring rosemary fresh
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
- 2 cups spinach fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp pink pepper optional
- 1 tsp garlic powder optional
Clean the mushrooms and rinse the spinach leaves. Use a cloth to absorb excess water
Cut the mushrooms in quarters and peel the garlic cloves
Heat pan over medium heat and add the butter with crushed garlic and rosemary spring
Cook for about 2 minutes
Add the mushrooms to the pan and stir well. Season with salt and pepper. Add garlic powder if preferred
Cook mushrooms till the released liquid evaporates. For that, cook on medium heat without a lid
Pour the heavy cream and mix. Allow to cook for another 3 minutes
Transfer the baby spinach leaves to the pan and mix gently
Season with pink pepper and serve with pleasure
