- 4 tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- dill
- 8 slices Turkey ham
- 3 leaves salad
- 1/2 avocado
- 6 cherry tomatoes
Take ½ of a medium-size soft avocado, 4 cherry tomatoes and cut them in medium size pieces.
Chop well 1-2 cloves of garlic and some leaves of dill.
Mix 8 oz (1 pack) of softened cream cheese with chopped garlic and dill.
Grease a layer of cream cheese mixture on the inside part of the tortilla. Start to lay 3 leaves of salad, then 6-8 slices of turkey ham( depending on size), half of the avocado, 3 slices of Cheddar cheese and tomatoes.
Roll Turkey Pinwheels tightly to make sure that it holds together and keeps the shape.
Before cutting in slices refrigerate them for at least half an hour.
When Turkey Pinwheels are ready to be served cut them into 1-inch slices.
