- 10 oz baby spinach fresh
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cream
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2/3 cup almond flakes
- butter for greasing
Preheat the oven to 375 °F. Grease with butter and then sprinkle with some breadcrumbs a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and then start adding the other ingredients. First will go in cream and cream cheese. When you see them well-incorporated add shredded mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, and shredder nutmeg. Stir ingredients to combine. Last, add spinach and mix it all together.
Transfer spinach & cheese mixture into prepared dish. To add the perfect texture top the casserole with almond flakes. Bake for 40 minutes.
