- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Mash the bananas. Now add the plain yogurt, eggs, milk, and melted butter to the blender bowl. Blend all together.
In a separate bowl, sift the flour. Stir in brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Combine dry ingredients with banana mixture. Make sure you do not overmix the batter. In the end, stir in the chocolate chips.
Spoon muffins batter into prepared muffin cups.
Send muffins to the preheated oven at 350 °F and bake for 30 minutes.
