- 4 slices whole-grain bread
- 2 cups hummus
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 peeled ripe avocado, sliced
- 5 radishes, very thinly sliced
- a handful fresh arugula
- 2 tbsp olive oil
First, preheat the air fryer to 180C (350F) for 5 minutes.
Toast bread slices for 2-3 minutes until slightly crunchy, not dark brown.
Meanwhile, slice the avocado and radish and set aside.
