- 1 pack white button mushrooms
- 10 cloves garlic
- 5 oz butter
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 pinch garlic salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- cilantro
Wipe the mushrooms and with a wet paper towel to remove dirt and debris.
Lightly rinse under cold water, but do not wash them as they absorb too much water.
Cut the stems and use only the lid.
Heat the skillet at medium heat.
Melt the butter and add 10 cloves of garlic.
When the garlic leaves a nice aroma, add the mushrooms and cook until browned (about 6 minutes on each side).
Season with garlic salt and pepper.
Garnish the mushrooms with cilantro.
Serve immediately.
