- 1/2 chicken breast
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan shredded
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
Prepare the meat, slice the whole chicken breast
Season the meat with salt and pepper on both sides
Mix breadcrumbs with spices and parmesan on one plate
Beat one egg in a bowl
Dredge each cutlet in flour, then in the beaten egg, and finalize the coating with the mix of breadcrumbs, spices, and parmesan
Repeat the procedure for the remeaning cutlets
Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 350F
Remove the basket and spray some cooking oil on the perforated surface
Gently arrange the coated chicken cutlets next to each other
Put the basket back into the air fryer and set the 370F for 7 minutes on each side (total of 20 minutes)
Remove from basket and serve with pleasure
