Addictive cabbage salad!

- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 2 cups shredded white cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup shredded celery root
- 1 red onion
- 4 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 cup chopped fresh dill
Add 2 cups shredded red cabbage, 2 cups white cabbage, 1 cup carrot, 1 cup celery root, and 1 red onion to a bowl. Mix the vegetables. Use a knife or Mandoline cutter to shred cabbage, carrot, and onion. For shredding cabbage, first discard the outer leaves of cabbage, and then shred them.
Season with ¼ tsp salt, 4 tbsp olive oil, and 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar. Mix and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Then, season with ⅛ cup chopped fresh dill. Your red and white cabbage salad is ready. Serve with meat dishes like roasted chicken.
