Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground meat chicken
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 cup mozzarella shredded
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic

Instructions

  • Peel the onion and the garlic cloves
  • Use a grater to finely grate the onion and the garlic
  • Mix all the ingredients with the meat in a large bowl, all at once
  • Preheat oven at 350 degrees
  • Line the baking tray with a sheet of parchment paper
  • Shape the meatballs evenly one by one and lay them on the tray
  • Insert the baking tray into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees
  • When the meatballs are golden brown, take out of the oven and let cool for 5 minutes
  • Serve with pleasure
