Ingredients

  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 50 g parmesan flakes optional

Instructions

  • Thoroughly wash the tomatoes in cold water and cut them into pieces
  • Peel and slice the onion
  • Wash the arugula and pat it dry with a kitchen towel or use a spinner
  • Put the clean arugula, sliced tomatoes and onion in a large bowl
  • Garnish with a dash of oil, a few drops of balsamic vinegar (if you prefer) and a pinch of salt
  • Serve the salad immediately
