Equipment

Ingredients

  • 400 g fettuccine
  • 1 gallon water
  • 300 g parmesan
  • 200 g heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic

Instructions

  • Put water to boil in a boiling pan. Add salt to taste
  • When water is boiling, add the fettuccini. Mix. Let simmer for the time as indicated on the package
  • Meantime, place a pan to heat on medium-low heat
  • Add heavy cream and bring to boil
  • Add Parmesan and mix
  • Use tongs to take the fettuccine from boiling water and transfer them to the pan with the sauce
  • Add a bit of pasta water over the fettuccine and let simmer for 30 seconds
  • Serve with a few sprinkles of parmesan on top
