Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • dill
  • 8 slices Turkey ham
  • 3 leaves salad
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 6 cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  • Take ½ of a medium-size soft avocado, 4 cherry tomatoes and cut them in medium size pieces.
  • Chop well 1-2 cloves of garlic and some leaves of dill.
  • Mix 8 oz (1 pack) of softened cream cheese with chopped garlic and dill. 
  • Grease a layer of cream cheese mixture on the inside part of the tortilla. Start to lay 3 leaves of salad, then 6-8 slices of turkey ham( depending on size), half of the avocado, 3 slices of Cheddar cheese and tomatoes.
  • Roll Turkey Pinwheels tightly to make sure that it holds together and keeps the shape. 
  • Before cutting in slices refrigerate them for at least half an hour. 
  • When Turkey Pinwheels are ready to be served cut them into 1-inch slices.
