Feta-wrapped puff pastry recipe

Feta cheese wrapped in puff pastry and cooked in just 10 minutes tastes Greek-style on a plate.

Ingredients

  • 1 Greek feta cheese
  • 1 sheet puff pastry filo sheets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • thyme fresh or dried
  • honey
  • seasoning

Instructions

  • Take a layer of dough and grease with olive oil. Add fresh or dried thyme and place the feta cheese. Nicely fold the cheese in the dough and set aside.
  • Preheat the skillet for 2 minutes.
  • Pour 2 tbsp of olive oil, place the feta-wrapped dough, and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
  • Once ready, place on a platter and pour honey and seasoning for decoration.
