Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 slice keto bread
  • 2 tbsp gouda (grated) or any cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 boiled eggs hard

Instructions

  • Boil the eggs hard.
  • Slice the bread.
  • Grab a ripe avocado and cut it in halves. Remove the pit and spoon out the flesh of an avocado. Smash the flesh using a fork. Add a splash of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix to combine everything
  • Grate hard-boiled eggs through the tight slots of a cheese grater. Also, grate some cheese.
  • Top the bread with smashed avocado. Continue with some grated cheese and then with eggs. Sprinkle some chili flakes if desired.
