Ingredients

  • 1 burrata cheese
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 1 large bell pepper sliced into 4
  • 4 slices bread grilled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 handful parsley chopped

Instructions

  • If intend to roast the bell pepper in the oven, preheat the oven to 350F for about 5 minutes. If Intend to use the air fryer, also preheat it for about 2 minutes to the same temperature.
  • Wash, slice, and remove the seeds of the bell pepper then roast it in the oven (10 min) or in the air fryer (5min)
  • Use a large plate to assemble the ingredients
  • Tear burrata and prosciutto into pieces and arrange them on the plate, as well as the roasted bell pepper slices
  • Chop some fresh parsley and sprinkle on top
  • Season with fresh ground black pepper, a drizzle of olive oil, and balsamic glaze
  • Grill some bread slices and serve with the delicious salad
