Canned Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 3,5 oz canned tuna
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup canned corn
  • 2 small pickles copped
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 loaf Cut thick slices
  • 1 yellow onion
  • Greenies
  • Seasoning

Instructions

  • Boil the eggs about 7 minutes after the water starts boiling.
  • Meanwhile, take a medium bowl and add the canned tuna, chopped pickles, onion and mayo, Dijon mustard, canned corn and greenies. Mix well to homogenise the mixture. Add seasoning after taste.
  • Take the eggs off the boiling water, and under the cold water, leave them for 2 minutes. Peel off the eggs and, with the help of a fork, smash them. Add the eggs to the mixture and mix all the ingredients.
  • Set aside.
  • Optional: grill the bread slices in the air fryer for 2 minutes.
  • Take one slice of the tuna mixture, cover the sandwich with another slice of bread, and enjoy a moment of satisfaction and pleasure.
