Ingredients

  • 1/2 turkey Breast
  • 5 tbsp butter unsalted
  • 1 hadfull fresh herbs parsley, thyme, cilantro, rosemary needles
  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground pepper

Instructions

  • Wash and blend the herbs using a hand blender
  • Mix softened butter with herbs. Season with salt and ground pepper
  • Season turkey breast with salt and pepper
  • Cover the meat with herb butter
  • Place meat in the instant pot and add the onion and garlic
  • Add one cup of water if plan to make gravy, if not - skip the water
  • Seal with the lid and set pressure cook for 20 minutes
  • Release the steam and open the lid
  • Roast the meat for additional 10 minutes in the preheated oven or in an air fryer
  • Serve with gravy or other sauce
