Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 4 slices bacon
  • Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  • Prepare chicken breast.
  • Cut bacon in medium-size stripes. Slice bell pepper.
  • Grab chicken breast and make the pocket for stuffing. Spoon cream cheese into each chicken breast evenly. Top generously with bacon.
  • Grease IP pot with some olive oil. Transfer the stuffed breast into it. Top with sliced bell pepper. Season generously with Old bay seasoning. Top with sliced cheese. Seal the instant pot with a lid and cook on pressure for 15 minutes.
