Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta
  • 16 oz pasta short
  • 7-8 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 cups broth or water

Instructions

  • Set the instant pot on the "saute" regime and wait until it preheats
  • In the meantime, peel and slice the garlic cloves
  • Add 2-3 tbsp of olive oil into the pot and saute the garlic slices
  • Wash the cherry tomatoes, dap with paper towel then add them to the pot
  • Sautee for about 2 minutes
  • Add the pasta and pour in the broth or water till the pasta level
  • Season with salt and oregano
  • Seal the lid and cook for 12 minutes
  • Finally, release the steam, open the lid, and mix
  • Add a few basil leaves if you like
  • Serve immediately, with great pleasure
