Creamy Black Blean Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1/2 cup canned black beans
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • seasoning
  • greenies

Instructions

  • Start with blending the beans. Take your hand blender and pour ½ cup of black beans. Blend at maximum speed until it looks like a puree paste.
  • Add one clove of garlic, chopped parsley and the hummus to the refined beans. Blend gently until the paste has a dark violet colour.
  • Take a platter and pour the dip. Finalize the platter by adding some olive oil on the top, add some nachos. Enjoy the moment.
