Whipped Feta Dip with Roasted Garlic & Onion

- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or cream cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- chili flakes
- 1 onion
- 1 whole garlic
Coat onion and garlic in oil, salt, and pepper, and wrap both of them in aluminum foil. Bake them for about 30-40 minutes at 350F (180C).
In a food processor, combine all dairy ingredients and blend at high speed for about 1-2 minutes.
Meanwhile, the veggies are baked, mix the cheese, the heavy cream, and the spices.
Taste and adjust the seasoning after your taste. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and top with crushed onion and garlic.
Drizzle some olive oil and enjoy with some baked or fresh bread.
