- 1/2 cup aquafaba
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cup sunflower oil
Add ½ cup aquafaba (chickpea stock) in a container.
Now, add 1 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp ground pepper, 1 tsp mustard, and 1 tbsp lemon juice to the container.
Then, add 2 cups of sunflower oil.
Mix with the help of an immersion blender until emulsification is done.
