Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup aquafaba
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cup sunflower oil

Instructions

  • Add ½ cup aquafaba (chickpea stock) in a container.

  • Now, add 1 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp ground pepper, 1 tsp mustard, and 1 tbsp lemon juice to the container.

  • Then, add 2 cups of sunflower oil.

  • Mix with the help of an immersion blender until emulsification is done.
