Ingredients for the marinade
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Make the marinade by mixing all the ingredients well
Cut the meat in equal chunks
Take a big bowl or a Ziplock bag
Mix the meat with the marinade very well until all turkey chunks are covered well enough
Cover the bowl or close the bag good enough to make sure is sealed well
Leave the preparation for at least 2-3 hours, but preferable overnight
Heat the grill pan and add a 1-2 tbsp of olive oil
Grill the meat on skewers by changing sides for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown
Serve with salad
